The company is duly incorporated by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria, as evidenced by Certificate of Incorporation No: RC638900 dated the 10th of November 2005. It operates as a private limited company with an authorized share capital of N20,000,000.00 (Twenty Million Naira only) and a paid-up capital of N20,000,000.00 (Twenty Million Naira only).
Operating License and Registration
BG Pharma & Healthcare Limited is fully registered and licensed by the relevant regulatory authorities to conduct a range of activities, including but not limited to the following:
i. Acting as manufacturers’ representatives/sole agents for pharmaceutical products imported for sale in Nigeria and neighboring African countries.
ii. Registering products in Nigeria on behalf of overseas manufacturers in accordance with the regulations of the National Agency for Food Drugs Administration and Control (NAFDAC).
iii. Importing any approved pharmaceutical product from any part of the world.
iv. Operating as a licensed pharmaceutical company.
